We finally got up after staying up all night.\u00a0 Jon and Paul took a nice long walk to loosen up.\u00a0 We then headed to Irvine to pick up Connor so he could join us at the Himalayan Grille for lunch with Pete, Jon, Mitch and Luisa. Connor had not had any Himalayan food previously (he has done Indian at Kamal Palace)\u00a0 so he was a bit wary of the tandori chicken (because it was red).\u00a0 He did seem to enjoy some of the other items.<\/p>\n

Pete (our son), Jon and Connor (two of our nine grandsoms)<\/p><\/div>\n

Just us!<\/p><\/div>\n

Luisa and Mitch were in a seat with the glare from the sidewalk behind them meaning… the pictures were terrible so….<\/p>\n

We worked around the house for a while meaning Paul was digging in the garden spreading the perlite in the final area. We then headed to Kyle and Tiffany’s home in Long Beach to have dinner.\u00a0 We really enjoyed seeing them as normally they are with a group and we just get to say “hi” and “bye”.\u00a0 We had three hours of sharing and laughing and catching up on everything!<\/p>\n

The sun was setting over Palos Verdes.\u00a0 It looked like it was on fire!<\/p><\/div>\n

The moon was coming out and it looked like we might get some rain but alas, no rain!<\/p><\/div>\n
