We took Flower to the vet to be cremated and join her brothers, sisters, and Mom and Dad!\u00a0 The vets were fantastic and they had known Flower all of her life (and their family). Gino was almost in tears!<\/p>\n

We did not want to go directly home so we stopped at Panda Palace to have lunch.\u00a0 Paul drowned his sorrow in food!\u00a0 We stayed home the rest of the day and moved things around a bit.<\/p>\n

Flower had twelve beds in the house and two “dining stations” so we washed everything up and packed it away hoping we can pass it to the local animal shelter.\u00a0 It was a difficult day for us.<\/p>\n

We decided we had to get away and we always want to support the Phoenix Club so we headed south!<\/p>\n

We forced ourselves to go to the Phoenix Club<\/p><\/div>\n

The eyes were red, the hearts sad, but we managed to dance a bit and try to settle down.<\/p>\n

Bob brought a friend from work who is a champion ballroom dancer… She was excellent<\/p><\/div>\n

Bob and Donna were a relief.\u00a0 They have us a nice car, lots of hugs and we talked about our babies!\u00a0 It’s nice to have dear friends in times of need.<\/p>\n
