Since retirement, my partner and I have developed a love for visiting museums. One of our favorite spots is the Bower’s Museum in Santa Ana. We recently decided to become members to support this excellent small museum. Additionally, we always enjoy dining at the Patina Group restaurant on the premises.<\/p>\n

Did You Know: The Bowers Museum is in Orange County, California. The museum’s permanent collection includes more than 100,000 objects. It features notable strengths in pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, Native American art, the art of Asia, Africa, and Oceania, and California plein-air painting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Bowers organizes and hosts special exhibitions from institutions worldwide and travels exhibitions nationally and internationally. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Bowers Museum and Kidseum, a children’s museum focusing on art and archaeology, are located in Santa Ana, four miles south of Disneyland. The second campus is two blocks south of the main site.<\/span><\/p>\n
