We wanted to see “The LAIR”, a new display at the Zoo and being Zoo members we could go before the real opening.\u00a0 It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the walk, visiting the meercats, and even seeing the snakes and other LAIR occupants! Please join us!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

We visited the new LAIR today!<\/p><\/div>\n

We decided to walk across the street and visit the Autry Center.\u00a0 It was an interesting afternoon!\u00a0 Please join us!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

We enjoyed a day at the LA Zoo and Gene Autry Museum<\/p><\/div>\n

After the museum, we went to Cafe Marcel Marceau’s in the LA Farmers MArket to fill up on French food and wine!<\/p>\n

Decisions decisions?!?<\/p><\/div>\n

We went to Old Ranch and visited with Bunnaford since she just returned from the Orient.\u00a0 Charlotte joined us and Ernie\/John also visited.<\/p>\n

We then headed for home and did the treadmill and watched the rest of “The Help<\/a>“. Summary: An aspiring author during the civil rights movement of the 1960s decides to write a book detailing the African-American maids’ point of view on the white families for which they work, and the hardships they go through on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
