The resturant has received many awards and we have wanted to go ever since we retired but our schedule just didn&#8217;t permit it.\u00a0 We could not play golf so we decided to visit Ambrosia instead.\u00a0 Oh, Paul&#8217;s poor diet will be tested again!\u00a0 Executive Chef Michael Rossi has created a menu featuring cuisine that embraces a special bounty of California&#8217;s most flavorful and fresh produce, fish and livestock to create a dynamic balance between food and fine wines. <strong>Visit their site<\/strong>.
