Our little buddies Snap, Krackle, and Pop joined us this morning for our twice-a-week journey into the thrilling world of physical exercise.\u00a0 Who needs a radio when your knees, hips, and back are already providing surround sound?\u00a0 Mary and I make sweet sounds together!<\/p>\n

We did our five-mile bike ride and then went on to the floor exercises, followed by the torture machines.\u00a0 Mary was up for the challenge!\u00a0 I heard her moan and groan a few times, and of course, when I walked by her, I assisted in counting (usually by starting back at one again!).<\/p>\n

After 90 minutes of exercise,e we do NOT leave in the same condition as we arrived!\u00a0 After one look at her, I plan to throw her and her clothes into the washing machine and see if they come out clean!<\/p>\n
