Mary decided we might stay home today and do our normal exercises!<\/p><\/div>\n

After several highly serious, boardroom-level discussions, I finally convinced Dr. Mary that yes, we really should go to the gym and voluntarily subject ourselves to a 90-minute workout.<\/p>\n

So off we went to Peak Performance, proudly wearing our latest disguises and hoping the trainers would be feeling sympathetic enough not to destroy us completely.<\/p>\n

To improve our chances of survival, we also arrived bearing a boxload of tomatoes and basil for the gang \u2014 because nothing says “please go easy on us” like fresh produce.<\/p>\n

We headed home immediately as Mary scheduled a massage for us at 11:00 am.\u00a0 She does take care of me!<\/p>\n

I was first today, and after an hour I was weak as a kitten.\u00a0 After getting up, I licked some milk from a bowl Mary put on the kitchen floor and went to my happy spot to recover.<\/p>\n

Mary went next and escaped with a few screams; she did well.\u00a0 There were a few ouch’s and ohe’s, but other than that, everything was normal.<\/p>\n
