I departed the house at 7:00 am to go to the gym because I had an appointment at 8:00 am with the owner.\u00a0 \u00a0When I was done, the bearings from the stationary bike were smoking, and the control panel had a blinking light saying, “I give up, name your terms!”<\/p>\n
Since I was out by 9:00 am, a visit to the bagel store was planned, and sure enough, they had Mary’s favorite “Energy Bar,” which is defined as a bar-shaped food intended to boost physical energy, typically containing a combination of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins and fortified with vitamins and minerals.<\/p>\n
We completed 95% of our packing and got the house ready for the cleaning crew. They showed up around noon, and at the same time, Jon sent a text message stating that they were 30 minutes out!<\/p>\n
After Jon and Sarah arrived, we headed to Benji’s for lunch. We sat in the bar area and talked for almost two hours, sharing stories and enjoying a fantastic meal.<\/p>\n
When we returned home, the kids hit the sack\u2014it was already 8:00 p.m. their time! We watched some TV and finally crashed. Tomorrow will be wet and busy!<\/p>\n
