We love our mushrooms!<\/p><\/div>\n

It was lovely to wake up with headlines revealing that Trump is keeping his promises!\u00a0 We love to see the fur fly and the leftist get tossed out on their ears!\u00a0 Bring back common sense!<\/p>\n

We worked around the house until it was time to attend the art class at 1:00 pm.\u00a0 This will be Mary’s second class of the second session, so I am excited to see what she will be doing.\u00a0 \u00a0She bounced out of the class like a second grader waving her artwork, and I was taken aback because this assignment was NOT easy!<\/p>\n

The teacher slowly but surely moves the students toward making human faces.<\/p>\n

Hello Mr. Giraffe!<\/p><\/div>\n

We stopped at CVS on the way home to pick up some meds and then went VFR to the house were we relaxed most of the afternoon.\u00a0 My nose was leaking like a small river! It was not a cold but a pesky allergy, something I never had until I turned 80.<\/p>\n

We decided to do a nice sit-down dinner of marinated steaks and some mushrooms.<\/p>\n

I added several “secret ingredients to the mushrooms,” including a drop of Italian dressing!<\/p><\/div>\n

While I prepared the steaks, Mary picked peas in the garden and fixed them up as vegetables.\u00a0 Nothing is better than fresh veggies right from the garden! Unless, of course, you count the sheer joy of discovering a tomato that\u2019s been sunbathing a little too long and has turned into a squishy, salsa-ready surprise!\u00a0 It’s like nature’s way of saying, “Surprise! You\u2019re having a salad explosion for dinner!”<\/p>\n

I love our flat pan with the grooves at the bottom, which leave the steaks marked perfectly!<\/p>\n

We had a wonderful dinner and watched a little TV before crashing.\u00a0 We even watched the news, which we normally do not do when Biteme was “president”; it was too sad to watch all the stupidity that went on!<\/p>\n
