These guys rival Laurel and Hardy, Martin and Lewis, Cheech and Chong, and Abbott\u00a0 and Costello for being funny!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Amos &#039;n&#039; Andy Season 1 Episode 28: Rare Coin (pilot)\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6jIgMMfQH1s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Big decisions, I shall NOT be a wuss and I will go to the gym just to get loosened up so we were\u00a0 on our way by 8:15 am giving us 30 minutes on the upright bicycles.\u00a0 Indeed we made it to the gym but about 40 minutes into the routine, I gave up and sat down and proceeded to cough sounding like the I needed an oxygen tent with all the wheezing, blowing, panting, puffing, snorting, suspiration, and coughing going on.\u00a0 Three people entering the gym offered to call 911.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_85491\" style=\"width: 622px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-85491\" class=\"size-full wp-image-85491\" src=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2024-12-30-008.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"612\" height=\"518\" srcset=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2024-12-30-008.jpg 612w, http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/12\/2024-12-30-008-150x127.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-85491\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Illustration of Old man weightlifting<\/p><\/div>\n<p>We dropped by home for a few minutes after the gym to get some things we needed before heading to the hair parlor.\u00a0 We stopped and Mary got a blood-oxygen measuring device as she was afraid with all the coughing my levels could be low.\u00a0 Nope, I was a solid 97% oxygenated and 55% accoholnated, a good combination.<\/p>\n<p>We arrived at noon at the hair parlor and proceeded to get beautiful for tomorrow night.\u00a0 With Mary it is easy, a touch here and a ship there and she is radiant..\u00a0 Me on the other hand, Tammy puts on dark glasses, sharpens her tin snips, and then says a small prayer to the Saint of the Ugly that he won&#8217;t take me when she is done.<\/p>\n<p>When she asked how I wanted it cut, I told her to decide.\u00a0 She immediately went into her top drawer and withdrew a bag of small\u00a0 dried\u00a0 bones\u00a0 and sprinkled them on the floor.\u00a0 After examining them and saying a few incantations, she was ready to begin.<\/p>\n<p>After the hair-doo in Huntington Beach we decided it was time to eat so we went to the American Legion in Newport which was only six miles away.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"American Legion Post 291\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iSz1KmsOFes?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We had a hot toddy and a nice lunch visiting with some of the people already there. It was great to catch up and enjoy some good food together.
