We began at church and then headed for the Elks at Newport Harbor (where we are now associate members!)\u00a0 Crazy Jon Destry was playing today so we had tons of fun and danced all afternoon.\u00a0 Paul even had a hamburger because he knew about 1500 calories would be burnt dancing.<\/p>\n

At 4:00 we went VFR to Old Ranch (after a short stop at the house to feed the babies) .\u00a0 The frivolity began immediately!<\/p>\n

Vicky demonstrated "Oyster Eyes"... a new dance step!<\/p><\/div>\n

Lee was in town so she joined us for dinner before catching a plane back to Utah.\u00a0 Lee was a High School girl friend that we connected back up with via Classmates & Facebook.<\/p>\n

Nancy & Vince always make a dinner dance a delight!<\/p><\/div>\n

Steve Dudek made magical sounds all evening! His rendition of Amazing Grace is just out of this world<\/p><\/div>\n

When we got home we flipped on the TV for a movie and watched “Edge Of The Garden” by Hallmark.\u00a0\u00a0 Summary: Brian (Rob Estes), a job-obsessed corporate man whose fianc\u00e9e (Kelly Monaco) has just walked out on him, gets a lesson in love and loss when he buys a charming but rundown old cottage in the countryside of Maine.\u00a0 Brian soon figures out he isn\u2019t so alone when strange things start happening: lights mysteriously flicker, voices echo through the halls, and, strangest of all, fresh bouquets of flowers appear around the house when the garden outside is neglected.\u00a0 Curious, Brian wanders down the garden path and finds the spirit of Nora (Sarah Manninen), a beautiful woman who is quite literally living in the past.\u00a0 Realizing they are living in the same house, fifty years apart, Nora and Brian form a special friendship.\u00a0 Can one man change a whole town\u2019s history in a single moment? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
