Our eyes did not open until after 7:00 am (we did have a time change last night).\u00a0 We watched Fox News to catch up on the war, hoping the rag heads would go down in flames.\u00a0 Yesterday took its toll, but we recovered and headed to the gym to work out the kinks before breakfast!<\/p>\n

Mary did her yoga while the old man peddled for 40 minutes and traveled six miles.\u00a0 Departing the gym, we went to the customer service desk and retrieved my cane, which I had left in one of the saloons yesterday.\u00a0 Then, it was off to breakfast at the trough.<\/p>\n

Breakfast at sunrise.<\/p><\/div>\n

Mary wanted her Latte, so we stopped at the Coffee Shop, and she got her fix.<\/p>\n

Why did the kangaroo stop drinking his cup of coffee? It made him too jumpy.<\/p>\n

A-h-h-h-h-h<\/p><\/div>\n

Off to breakfast.<\/p>\n

We had many choices for breakfast.<\/p><\/div>\n

We spent the rest of the morning just resting.\u00a0 At 1:00 pm, we had an authentic wine tasting.\u00a0 The wines were from Italy, and they were pretty good.<\/p>\n

The eye doctor has a lot of glasses!<\/p><\/div>\n

Did I say glasses?\u00a0 We had four glasses for the wine, one for the water, and one to pour the lousy wine; it was not used.<\/p>\n

\"\"

Sparkling clear!<\/p><\/div>\n

David joined us for wine tasting.<\/p>\n

\"\"

Wine brightened him up!<\/p><\/div>\n

The ros\u00e9 wine was excellent, and we noted the name so we could have some for dinner.<\/p>\n

Yummy!<\/p><\/div>\n

After lunch, we went to the 18th floor for a while, and then I decided to take a nap and attempt to get my nose under control; allergies were going wild.\u00a0 I got some Benadryl from the dispensary, and it seems to work.<\/p>\n

I woke up at about 7:00 pm, and we decided to have dinner, so we went to the Crab Shack on the 15th floor.\u00a0 We each had the soup, and I had the Cajun bucket.<\/p>\n

Mr. Crab greeted us!<\/p><\/div>\n

We were dropped, and I guess we looked sloppy.<\/p>\n

No spills here.<\/p><\/div>\n

The clam chowder soup served in a bread bowl, was pretty good.\u00a0 It was not as good as The Fish Company back home, but it was pretty close.<\/p>\n

We enjoyed dinner!<\/p><\/div>\n

Mary got a kick out of me using all the utensils to dig out the meat from the shellfish.\u00a0 I looked like a mechanic in training.<\/p>\n

Dig a little, drink a little!<\/p><\/div>\n

Crawdads were excellent.\u00a0 The name “crayfish” comes from the Old French word escrevisse<\/i><\/span><\/i>\u00a0(Modern French\u00a0\u00e9crevisse<\/i><\/span><\/i>).\u00a0 The word has been modified to “crayfish” by association with “fish.”\u00a0 The largely American variant “crawfish” is similarly derived<\/p>\n

We had fum making the little crawdad talk and say naughty things.<\/p><\/div>\n

Sweets for the sweet.\u00a0 We had strawberry shortcake for dessert.<\/p>\n

Just like home.<\/p><\/div>\n

We almost ordered the big bucket but we would still be eating an hour later!<\/p>\n

My oh my!<\/p><\/div>\n

We got a text from Robin, and Scout said to say “Hello!” and he missed us!<\/p>\n

His sister Robin and Bob are staying with him this week!<\/p><\/div>\n

We waddled home.\u00a0 The aisleway is about 700′ long, so we get a lot of exercise going back and forth between the various activities.<\/p>\n

We can see forever!<\/p><\/div>\n
