{"id":77174,"date":"2024-02-12T08:43:56","date_gmt":"2024-02-12T15:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/?p=77174"},"modified":"2024-02-13T23:18:17","modified_gmt":"2024-02-14T06:18:17","slug":"two-weeks-of-no-exercise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/?p=77174","title":{"rendered":"Two Weeks Of No Exercise!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Crests - 16 Candles\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yoOuTSBAWWA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The year was 1958; high school was excellent, and the music was even better.<\/p>\n<p>We made a good decision yesterday by avoiding the halftime show at the Super Bowl.\u00a0 After seeing a few seconds of the videos this morning, I was disgusted thinking someone called that noise entertainment.\u00a0 BARF!\u00a0 It looked like a Halloween costume party gone very, very badly!\u00a0 Going back to the Superbowl halftime 30-40 years ago revealed REAL music, performers not dressed like streetwalkers, and lyrics that can be understood.<\/p>\n<p>After the oral surgery, I got a two-week order not to exercise or drink; oops!\u00a0 I missed the second order and must stop my wine-tasting activities.<\/p>\n<p>Mary was driven to her gym appointment by her chauffeur.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_77184\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77184\" class=\"size-full wp-image-77184\" src=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2024-02-12-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2024-02-12-001.jpg 600w, http:\/\/lilesnet.com\/dailydiary\/wp-content\/dailydiary\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2024-02-12-001-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-77184\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mary is getting good at levitating heavy weights!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>When picked up, we went to the cleaners and left them a bag of dry cleaning.\u00a0 We returned home and veged for the rest of the day!<\/p>\n<p>We had a massage planned for 2:00 pm, and that was quite enjoyable.\u00a0 Listening to soft music while getting the muscles poked is a wonderful feeling.<\/p>\n<p>We spent the rest of the lounging around doing nothing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The year was 1958; high school was excellent, and the music was even better.
