That’s me on the left!<\/p><\/div>\n

Ready?\u00a0 What happened to the man who stole an Advent Calendar?\u00a0 He got 25 days!<\/p>\n

Zoom, zot, zap!\u00a0 A loud noise awakened us; my shoe horn was knocked off the table as Mr. Swishy Tail, aka Scout,\u00a0 came over and wanted to go outside.<\/p>\n

Mary saw the time and quickly got out into the shower and, was dressed by 7:30 am and headed to the gym.<\/p>\n

I had some spare time and decided to hang up the clothes.\u00a0 We have been swamped lately, and I used Robin’s Nest\u00a0 (one of the guest bedrooms) as a temporary storage space.\u00a0 However, when the pants and shorts started to pile up and touch the ceiling, I realized it was time to hang them up.\u00a0 After doing so, the room looks much more organized and spacious.<\/p>\n

While Mary was away, I finished the last two Christmas event web pages so we don’t fall behind.\u00a0 You can keep up with our Christmas activities on our website.<\/a><\/p>\n

Mary is off to the races!<\/p><\/div>\n

When she returned, we walked through the garden, which is doing quite well.\u00a0 We need one day to trim the berries and grapes and another to plant half of the large garden where we usually grow corn and melons.<\/p>\n

The plants are doing well after a week of being transplanted.<\/p><\/div>\n

Colleen texted us their “Christmas Photo,” we plan to enlarge it and put it in “The Family Way” hallway with other family photos.<\/p>\n

Mark and Colleen sent us a photo.<\/p><\/div>\n

We left at noon to go to Newport and meet with my current ophthalmologist, Dr. Dan Kline.\u00a0 He was doing a follow-up on my eye operation and decided that a minor laser adjustment would bring my left eye to 20\/20.<\/p>\n

Getting my pressure checked!<\/p><\/div>\n

The operation was scheduled for 2:00 pm, and we had to wait about an hour for a follow-up test.\u00a0 He said that the issue would be fixed by morning.\u00a0 At 3:30 am, my eye was perfect!<\/p>\n

We got a bite to eat at the coffee shop adjacent to this office and took it with us when we departed.\u00a0 We arrived home and enjoyed our avocado toast (Mary) and Caesar salad with chicken (Paul).<\/p>\n

We decided to finish decorating the Christmas tree and other decorations after watching a cute Christmas movie at 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n

We had a large move-around flatscreen TV upstairs, so we watched another Christmas movie.\u00a0 Journey Back To Christmas<\/b> has Candace Cameron Bure as a 1945 war widow who gets caught in a garage, knocked out in December 1945, and then wakes up in 2016, some 10 days before Christmas in her small town.<\/p>\n
