It’s time to get the recipe book out; FGall has arrived!<\/p><\/div>\n

Bright and early, I woke to my internal alarm clock and quickly finished yesterday’s Daily Diary.<\/p>\n

We worked from the office due to Mary’s sinus headache.\u00a0 We closed the house, ran the AC, and changed the filters to avoid allergens.<\/p>\n

Mary worked on packing for our upcoming trip, and I sorted through my closets and realized I had accumulated too many clothes.\u00a0 I had 15 pairs of jeans and over 100 Hawaiian shirts from various venues!\u00a0 I took some time to organize everything, and it’s all sorted out now.\u00a0 Hopefully, it’ll stay that way for at least a week!<\/p>\n

Decisions decisions!<\/p><\/div>\n

We headed to Downtown Disney at 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Nick’s birthday with his parents, Robin and Bob.\u00a0 We had planned to meet up with Zachary, but when we called him at 1:30 p.m., we found out he was not home.<\/p>\n

Correction: Zachary was not out celebrating; he was being an excellent father and attending his kid’s sports activities, which Mitch and I are incredibly proud of.\u00a0 Zachary is an amazing young and wonderful family man, and we admire him greatly.<\/p>\n

Dressed for Halloween, we will follow suit and dress as Batman characters just for Nick!<\/p>\n

We headed to Downtown Disney to celebrate a birthday with some delicious Mexican food.\u00a0 The restaurant did an excellent job, and Dr. Mary ordered the combo.\u00a0 The portion size was incredibly generous, and we took some leftovers home.<\/p>\n

Holy Mackerel, the plate was loaded!<\/p><\/div>\n

I decided to indulge in the meat eater’s special, which included chicken, shrimp, and steak.\u00a0 To make things even better, I shared my dish with Dr. Mary, whom I enjoyed dining with this evening!<\/p>\n

We went to Downtown Disney to celebrate at Tortilla Joe’s.<\/p><\/div>\n

The weather was perfect for dining outside and enjoying the beautiful Fall season.\u00a0 Not only that, but it was also much quieter outside, making for a more enjoyable and peaceful dining experience.<\/p>\n

We had a great time and visited a friend now bartending at Joe’s.<\/p><\/div>\n

It’s amazing how some memories stick with us forever.\u00a0 Robin gave us a detailed account of what happened on this day 24 years ago, and her recollection of the events was astonishing!<\/p>\n

Nick is a college man working almost full-time to earn money!<\/p><\/div>\n

While we enjoy catching up with our loved ones, it’s not always easy, given the distance and circumstances.\u00a0 However, we truly believe that spending quality time with family is important, and we’re committed to making it happen.\u00a0 We’re looking forward to seeing Colleen, Joe, Michele, and their families soon – it’s been too long!<\/p>\n

After celebrating at Tortilla Joe’s, we headed back home.\u00a0 Nick went to Knott’s Scary Farm to continue his birthday celebration.\u00a0 The drive back home was easy as we live only about nine miles from the restaurant, precisely the distance from our previous home in Los Alamitos.\u00a0 We took the Katella route, and it was a smooth ride.<\/p>\n

What else can I say? The doctor makes me and everyone else around her happy!<\/p>\n
