We thought this a lovely tribute!<\/p><\/div>\n
I must say I did OK because I knew how she felt about going on in life with all the ailments and pain.\u00a0 Mary was, as expected, very caring and watched me carefully all day.<\/p>\n
We went to the Performing Arts Center in Cerritos for a Tribute To Glenn Miller with the Tex Benecke Band, but on the way there, we did a “Del Taco run.”\u00a0 Yep, another burrito bites the dust.\u00a0 This time I brought my knife, and I witnessed Mary cutting the burrito in “half.”\u00a0 I got the bigger half.<\/p>\n
We arrived just in time for Ed Roberts to give us Vicky’s tickets. It was an excellent show, and there was sure a sea of grey hair in the audience.\u00a0 We met with George & Beverly for a few minutes at halftime.<\/p>\n
Our seats were in the center of the fourth row; they were perfect!<\/p>\n
We had great seats courtesy of Vicky, who was out of town and could not make the performance.<\/p>\n

Did I say good seats?<\/p><\/div>\n
Mary kept looking at me during the performance to make sure I was OK, and I appreciated her putting her arms around me several times as the music played on.\u00a0 It’s a beautiful feeling to be loved!<\/p>\n

The statues were still there playing their music.<\/p><\/div>\n
After the show, we decided to “go to the club” and have dinner.\u00a0 Our waitress was Terri Little, who I have known for fifteen years.\u00a0 I told her about Sue, and she was aware.\u00a0 She met Mary, and I sent her several links to the website where she could see our wedding, the house, and the garden.\u00a0 She works evenings, and we usually go after a doctor’s appointment between noon and late afternoon.<\/p>\n
We managed to get home without stopping at Del Taco, which was almost a miracle.\u00a0 I was beaten, and I fell asleep almost instantly.\u00a0 Mary watched a movie and visited the Sandman at about 11:00 PM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
