Yes, the ol’ Achilles Tendon and heel is acting up complete with apparent bone spurs.\u00a0 The doc had me set up with an Orthopedica specialist on Tuesday morning and until then, I have to stay relatively quiet.\u00a0 No dancing; no jogging; no gardening!<\/p>\n

Our house cleaners were her this morning as they didn’t work Wednesday so we dined out locally awaiting a call from the Ortho doctor.\u00a0 Taco Surf, what else.\u00a0 I pigged out on Chicken Fajitas and they were terrific!<\/p>\n

Returning home, Sue read and I took a short nap in case we went to the Garden Grove Elks!
