Remember: You may think that in life, a lot of things happen to you along the way. <\/strong>The truth is, in life, you happen to a lot of things along the way.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Time to walk and Paul is at the 540 mile way point since October 17th 2017 which was 273 days ago meaning Paul walks 2 miles a day (on the pedometer) and likely another two miles doing chores, dancing, etc. On the pedometer Paul has done 1.377 million steps.\u00a0 At the end of the day, Paul is usually between 10-13 thousand steps a day!<\/p>\n

Yelloe as yellow can be!<\/p><\/div>\n

And then Mr. Orange popped up right and smiling!<\/p>\n

Then we do orange!<\/p><\/div>\n

Patriotism stays for a long time on our neighborhood!<\/p>\n

Love our community… Funny how flags always fly at conservative house hold?<\/p><\/div>\n

Burple daisies… plain and simple!<\/p>\n

Burple is also pretty… Yes, I said “burple”<\/p><\/div>\n

We have six grape plants down the side of the driveway and next year they are going to be magnificent,<\/p>\n

Random Memories: When growing up, Paul’s aunt Opal had a huge concord grape vine that covered the entire garage roof.\u00a0 Paul remember Mom and Aunt Opal going up there and picking the grapes and saying “Stay down as the old garage roof is pretty shakey”.\u00a0They would picked a laundry basket of grapes every time they went up and Paul and his mother would eat them on the way home.\u00a0 Paul learned early what “All Systems Go” meant after so may grapes!\u00a0 Paul got pretty good at spitting grade seeds about 30 feet, a talent every boy should have!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are about to have grapes!<\/p><\/div>\n

Not quite as high as an elephants eye, unless it was a small elephant…a baby perhaps?<\/p>\n

The corn seems to be popping out of the ground!<\/p><\/div>\n

Colleen was gone most of the day as she wanted to visit She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.\u00a0 We went out and did a few errands and returned home to hear from Colleen.\u00a0 At 4:00 PM, she called in hysterics as the visit did not o well…seems to us, they never do?\u00a0 We proceeded to get ready to go to Old Ranch for our monthly dinner dance arriving there at 5:00 PM.\u00a0 \u00a0We danced until 9:00 PM and headed home and on the way asked Colleen to come over for a while…she did and we got a “data dump” from the visit.\u00a0 Not something we want to share but we do not understand the childishness of some people…enough said!<\/p>\n

Colleen stayed quite a while and we all had tookies about 11:00 PM before crashing for the night!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
