Time passes… Sue and Nick in 2008… Now Nick is in college and working!<\/p><\/div>\n

So, it is Saddiday (we learned how to say Saturday from Leon and Marsha… It’s how they do it in New York!).\u00a0 First things first, the walk!\u00a0 Paul did another hour and 2.5 miles around the “hood”. The trip is always interesting as new flowers and new views of the “hood” seem to pop up.<\/p>\n

The Yellow Rose Of Rossmoor?<\/p><\/div>\n

After returning home, Sue fixed a great brunch and then Paul headed for the yard to work.\u00a0 It is getting warmer so Paul had to move the Blueberries form the south facing yard to the east facing yard so they would be protected from the hot afternoon sun.\u00a0 Fortunately Paul put the twelve barrels on rollers a few years ago and the task was not too bad.<\/p>\n

As it got warmed, Paul decided it was time to watch a little TV with Sue and we got in three episodes of Hart Of Dixie.\u00a0 Season three is going to start Monday so we are anxious to see how she completes the year!<\/p>\n

We got all gussied up and headed to the GG Rlks as it in the installation of officers so the dance was “formal”.\u00a0 At our age, formal means a dark suit and sequined dress.\u00a0\u00a0 We met up with Mike and Bridgett and Leon and Marsha.\u00a0 We had a great table on the dance floor but to our dismay, the speaker connected to the vabd was right next to us…\u00a0 We departed that table and went into the anti-room area where we could hear each other.\u00a0 The food was terrific… Paul picked both selections… one was steak and one was salmon.\u00a0 Sue just did the mashed potatoes.\u00a0 We brought everything home.<\/p>\n

At 10:00 PM we departed but the installation was still going on. We did NOT want to be rude but over an hour of marching and speeches was just too much!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
