We are off to see Dr. Pauer who is kind of our GP… She is a very pretty woman who we met during her first week on the job as she had to tell Sue that she had small cell lung cancer (Sue’s long term GP chickened out!!)<\/p>\n

The doc said she was on the mend but she had to keep her caloric intake at about 1,000 calories a day, get back to exercising, and take the pills prescribed to her! That’s a tall order for Paul.\u00a0 Reminded him of Grey’s Anatomy.<\/p>\n

After the doctor, we went to Home Depot to get “supplies” and then to California Pizza Kitchen.\u00a0 We had a nice meal… Sue tried the soup but she didn’t eat much.<\/p>\n

After CPK Paul called Sue’s hair dresser (barber) and arranged for a fly-by appointment.\u00a0 That worked well as Sue hadn’t been to the barber in almost 8 weeks, we were getting a bit shaggy.\u00a0 Since we are going to try the Superbowl on Sunday, Paul knew the hair trim was a necessity!<\/p>\n

From the hair parlor we went to the pharmacy and finally home!\u00a0 She had quite an outing today!<\/p>\n

Sue was very tired so she crashed until about 9:00 PM, Paul continued his “chores”.\u00a0 Paul woke her back up and attempted to feed her again.\u00a0 The Boost seems to be OK as she has zero problems with that!
