Well, Sue was pretty much horizontal most of the day sleeping and trying to get rid of the pain.\u00a0 Paul got ready to install another security light and voila, the box apparently had been opened by someone else and essential parts removed.\u00a0 Damn!\u00a0 PAul never takes anything back but the silly thing as $70 so off he went to Home Depot. He had the receipt and it was easy as pie!<\/p>\n

On the way home, Paul stopped at a red light and the derned hamburger stand was going full blast and the smells were almost too much to ignore but, he did!\u00a0 It worked out well as the old bathroom scale said Paul was at #202 today…\u00a0 Just another two pounds and goal number one is achieved.\u00a0 Goal #2 you ask?\u00a0 That is another ten pounds or #190!<\/p>\n

Paul fixed lunch for Sue… Well, Paul used the microwave to fix a small Quesadilla which\u00a0 is a tortilla, usually a flour tortilla but also sometimes made with a corn tortilla, which is filled with cheese and then grilled.\u00a0 He also fixed two small quiches (really small) and a glass of non-alcoholic champagne .\u00a0 She had a couple of bites of each and then crashed again.<\/p>\n

After lunch Paul installed the last of the security lights so that when we get out hte car at night the pathway form the garage to the house is automatically lit up for us and no need to reach for switches or the iPhone!<\/p>\n

Paul never realized that at 73 years of age the old eyes could make it so hard.\u00a0 Although his vision is still 20:20 and 20:15, the up-close work is difficult sometimes.\u00a0 The wiring was completed and volia, everything works.<\/p>\n

Note to self: Write a note to out friends about NOT doing Superbowl.\u00a0 First time in many many years to are not going to Old Ranch to do the Superbowl but the NFL “Management” are a bunch of woosies and the “knee takers” are beyond horrible… We will not support or participate in anything NFL so there goes the party and the tradition.<\/p>\n

Sue didn’t get up until almost 8:00 PM so Paul tried to get her to eat but alas, no luck.\u00a0 We watched TV until about 12:30 PM and then crashed.<\/p>\n
