Sue was off to the hair parlor this morning and afterwards we stopped at California Pizza Kitchen where we had a super lunch.\u00a0 Paul tried their Fettuccine Jambalaya\u00a0 which was excellent.\u00a0 He brought over half\u00a0 of it home.<\/p>\n

Did You Know? Fettuccine (literally “little ribbons” in Italian) is a type of pasta popular in Roman and Tuscan cuisine. It is a flat thick pasta made of egg and flour (usually one egg for every 100 g of flour), wider than but similar to the tagliatelle typical of Bologna.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We had a visit with our lawyer today attempting to keep all of our paperwork up to date!<\/p>\n

Then to Old Ranch where we called Dave “O” and asked him to come over so we could buy him a drink for his 65th birthday (which was yesterday)! We stayed there until about 6:00 PM and then made a quick trip home to change before going to Garden Grove to dance with friends.\u00a0 Paul ordered three tacos shared his taco’s with a friend just before we departed.<\/p>\n

Today was HOT!\u00a0 Thank goodness for our remote thermostat!<\/p>\n

We danced with friends until about 9:30 PM when we headed for home and watched Frasier until about 11:00 PM and then crashed.\u00a0 (We never got to watch the original as we were working and had no time for TV… We are catching up!)<\/p>\n
