<\/a>The evening was beautiful when me met Donna<\/p><\/div>\n
We dined at the Arte Cafe which was good on food but lacked service attention we normally receive.\u00a0 Paul droped off Donna and Sue at the entrance and went to park the car,<\/p>\n
<\/a>Walking into the theater<\/p><\/div>\n
<\/a>We were ready for a great show!<\/p><\/div>\n
Celtic Nights \u2013 Spirit of Freedom showcases the story of Irish independence, beginning 100 years ago with the 1916 Easter Rising. In an evening of music, song, dance, and storytelling, the show highlights the rich Irish heritage by turning the spotlight on the struggles of a people fighting to gain freedom, independence, and true democracy.<\/p>\n
We headed for the theater just in time to have a champagne and head to our fantastic seats.\u00a0 Before going in, Sue headed for the ladies room by herself.\u00a0 On our way in we saw a medical technician taking care of someone and it was Sue.\u00a0 She fell down.\u00a0 We got a bandage for a cut finger and went on into the theater.<\/p>\n
<\/a>First indication something was wrong<\/p><\/div>\n
Half way through the first performance the fall was taking its toll.\u00a0 We left at half-time and went home.\u00a0 Paul decided we were going back to the emergency room as it looked pretty bad.<\/p>\n
We go there at 10:00 and after x-rays we found that Sue had broken two fingers in her left hand!<\/p>\n
<\/a>Heart Breaker… Wedding ring had never been off<\/p><\/div>\n
The ring had to come off and the nurse worked magic in not having to cut it off!<\/p>\n
<\/a>The comparison made it so obvious<\/p><\/div>\n
The hand was throbbing in pain!\u00a0 X-Ray show ring finger was broken by the knuckle and there was another fracture just up from the index finger!<\/p>\n
<\/a>The split is not pretty but it is functional<\/p><\/div>\n
