We had a nice day…\u00a0 We had a great lunch with Herb and Irene.\u00a0 We went to Trani’s in Long Beach… Excellent service and excellent dining!\u00a0 Five stars! Phil Trani’s is not just a great place to eat delicious food, it’s like an all inclusive social club, where on any given day you might have the opportunity to rub elbows with sports superstars of the past, present, and future. you can see many of their autograph on Phil’s famous kitchen walls.<\/p>\n

Open for lunch Monday through Friday and dinner seven days a week. Diners may also enjoy listening and dancing to the sounds of outstanding musicians throughout the weekend. View our entertainment section for dates and times.<\/p>\n

After getting home we made tomatillo sauce from our garden.<\/p>\n

We pick them all summer and freeze them whole<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Cook<\/a>

Cook them up with peppers and onions and magical spices<\/p><\/div>\n

\"They<\/a>

They get soft and the flavors multiply<\/p><\/div>\n

We run them through the food processor and then cook them down to about 1\/2 the original size!<\/p><\/div>\n

We then went swimming\/worked in the yard\u00a0 following by a time in the hot tub.\u00a0 We watched “Paradise” on the tube and then our standard one-hour series.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
