We went to see “War Horse” at the Orange County Performing Arts Center.\u00a0 We began by going to Seasons 52 for lunch. We love their flat bread so we have it every time we go.<\/p>\n

It was a great performance and very well done.\u00a0 After the play, we returned home to visit Flower.\u00a0 Summary:\u00a0 England, 1914. As World War One begins, Joey, young Albert\u2019s beloved horse, is sold to the cavalry and shipped from England to France. He\u2019s soon caught up in enemy fire, and fate takes him on an extraordinary journey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man\u2019s land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home.<\/p>\n

This powerfully moving and imaginative drama, filled with stirring music and songs, is a show of phenomenal inventiveness that is currently playing to packed houses in London and New York.. At its heart are astonishing life-sized puppets created by South Africa\u2019s Handspring Puppet Company, that bring to live breathing, galloping, charging horses strong enough for men to ride.<\/p>\n
